Yes, all personnel must be registered. No worries, it’s free and quick. Register now!

Digital Experience Exhibitors should plan to have a staff member “on call” for incoming chats, meetings, inquires during live show days December 1-3, 2020. Full Event Hours: (all hours in EDT) Tuesday, December 1:  10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 2:  10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Thursday, December 3:  10 a.m. – 3 p.m. View full agenda. “On call” means that at least one person from your booth staff should have the live chat feature open for our event and be ready to take incoming inquires.  They may or may not receive requests during off peak hours. However, there are also dedicated Expo Hall hours listed below in green where we recommend dedicated staff as attendees will be guided and encouraged to visit the virtual show floor and we expect a higher rate of participation. Registration is open for the 2020 ASPE Digital Experience, visit our website to register. Please visit our website for up-to-date information and to be notified when registration is live.

Starting November 23, you’ll be able to watch the pre-recorded sessions to plan ahead for the networking sessions to get a chance to speak with the presenter and other conference attendees. The sessions that mention “Includes a Live Web Event” under the title will not have a pre-recorded video for you to watch.

There is a featured keynote session (part 1 and 2) taking place on December 1, along with two chances to meet with the speakers. The networking sessions are December 1 & 2 at specific times (refer to the conference agenda) and separate registration is required (no cost, quick registration process). The networking sessions are not being recorded and do not award CEUs.

If you participate in all technical education sessions, you can earn up to a total of 13 hours of continuing education. Each session awards 1 hour and there are 13 total sessions. Each session has the technical program, a quiz, and survey to receive CEUs. The recorded sessions will not be available for viewing and earning CEUs after January 31, 2021. You do not pre-register for the recorded or live technical programs. You’re already registered and are free to attend which technical education sessions you like. Separate registration is required for the networking events (view agenda).

All live technical education sessions and networking sessions take place on Zoom, but there are no Zoom links or passcodes that you will receive ahead of time. You’ll be placed into the respective Zoom sessions once you launch the program (entrance begins 15 minutes ahead of a live technical session and 5 minutes before a networking session).

All conference sessions and booths will be available online for viewing until January 31, 2021. Live interaction with speakers and booth personnel is only available December 1-3.

Everyone is invited to tour the Expo floor and interact with our exhibitors. The continuing education sessions are complimentary to ASPE members. Not an ASPE member? Join today to gain access to the education sessions.

General FAQs

Given current limitations on travel, the recommendations regarding mass gatherings, and our concern for the health and safety of the ASPE community, we have decided to cancel the 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo event in New Orleans.

No, you do not have to be an ASPE member to attend. Anyone is welcome to attend the event regardless of membership status.

You can search for Exhibitors on the Exhibitor List page.

Please email aspeinfo@taffyevents.com with any other  questions you may have.

All collected registration information is always protected and never distributed. Your company may receive unsolicited emails claiming untrue information about our event and that they have our show list with specific attendee information and the offer to buy the entire list. These are bogus claims. Do not pay for a list marketed as an ASPE Convention & Expo list.

Exhibitor FAQs

The official 2020 event date has now past and we are finalizing our refund process with the insurance company. Look for an email in mid-October from the Taffy Events sales department on next steps for securing a 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo booth payment refund or carrying your funds forward to the 2022 ASPE Convention & Expo.

2022 ASPE Convention & Expo takes place September 17-21 at the Indiana Convention Center. You will have the opportunity to select your exhibit space during our Remote Space Selection process. Selection happens by appointment, remotely, and in priority points order. As a registered 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo exhibitor, your priority points have been assigned and added. Each 2020 exhibitor will have a specified date and time to choose their exhibit space. Space selection begins the week on November 2, 2020.
