No, you do not have to be an ASPE member to attend. Anyone is welcome to attend the event regardless of membership status.

Yes, you can register on site, however, you will not be able to register for any special events. These events require pre-registration.

You will receive an email confirmation when you register. All badges can be picked up at the convention center. Badges are not mailed out in advance.

Exhibitor FAQ

To update your online booth profile:

  • Log in using the password found in your welcome email.
  • Navigate to the “Exhibitor Console” and then select “Edit Booth Info”.
  • Fill in your company contact information.
  • Scroll to the section where you are asked for “Website Url” and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  • Select the categories for your products and services.
  • Click on the “Save” button.
  • In the Exhibitor Console, click on “Show Specials”.
  • Enter the title and show special description in the appropriate fields.
  • Click on the “Add New Show Special” button to save and exit.
